DESCRIPTION:
1. Reason for change: Added Scope of Work
2. Description of Change: Slate is providing an updated scope of work and deliverables at
the request of Transfort management July 22, 2014. The existing contract includes work to
support RFP 7551 Transfort Marketing and Branding. As such, Slate will provide the attached
services and deliverables for the marketing of MAX and the Transfort system.
With this update, Slate will also provide support for general Transfort communications efforts (in
addition to and separate from marketing and branding). Section 2 details the tasks and efforts
related to communications.
3. Change in Contract Cost: $46,000
4. Change in Contract Time: 6 Months
