Once an acceptable design has been established we will proceed with construction documents and adjust the purchase order accordingly. Scope of Services: Provide an acceptable design concept for separation orthe two structures per the anache proposal dated 7/17/14. - Service Provider agrees to perform the services identified above and on the attached forms in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Services Agreement between the parties. In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the Services Agreement and this work order (including the attached forme) the services Agreement shall control. The following Is our design team proposal: As discussed at our recent meeting, the basic scope and Intent of the project is to provide a design to separate the two existing residences that were joined to originally form the Safehouse building. This will Include a design study and subsequent Construction Documents to remove the enclosed common area currently joining the buildings. As much of the architectural content, structure and electrical work Is enclosed in the original walls, It is recommended that this project be handled from a design standpoint on an hourly basis In compliance with the City of fort Collins As Needed contract with RB+B. Scope of services: Schematic oeslgn: Provide an accep a e design concept for separation of the two structures, Including elevations of each structure in affected area. Take and verify field measurements for the existing building in affected area of each building only. Fee Breakdown: Schematic Design, Hourly Not To Exceed" RB+B Architects: $3,000 Construction Documents: Provide a set of drawings for competitive bid, permit and construction of remodeled areas only. No interior design Is included In this proposal. If Interior design is required, It can be included as hourly work in accordance with the hourly fees per contract. Fee Breakdown: Construction Documents, Hourly Not To Exceed" RB+B Architects: $8,000 construction Administration: Provide basic construction administration services to ensure contractor adherence to the Contract Documents. Fee Breakdown: Construction Administration, Hourly Not To Exceed" RB+B Architects As -needed at hourly rates '+ Engineering and Consultant note: All necessary consultants will be engaged on an As -needed basis only and then at hourly rates per contract Based upon feedback from Ethan Cozzens, there are no expected historic, zoning or planning department submittals for this project. Should there be necessary required planning, zoning or historic committee submittals of any kind, RB+B will only consult necessary engineers and consultants if necessary and will notify the Owner prior to retaining their services.
