Product Description, Quality and Suitability As a Colorado State University graduate from the Restaurant and Resort Management, it has been the dream of my husband (Oklahoma State University graduate — Hospitality Management) and I to relocate back to Fort Collins, Colorado. After years opening/operating hotels with The Ritz Carlton in Maui, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Denver, we left our corporate roles and opened our own food truck, Common -Link in Fort Collins as of January 2013! Combined, we have over 30 years in the luxury foodservice/hospitality industry. Our focus is on the customer, a quality product and creating a fun and professional work environment for our staff. Please see attached resumes. We currently operate on the Colorado State University campus in lieu of the Lary Student Center Renovation as well as Saturday at Odell Brewing Company. We have come to be known by the community and peers as: • Providing excellent customer service • 1-3 minute ticket times • Quality local food providers • Exceptional cleanliness standards - ServSafe Certified • Dependable and professional We have done large scale events with over 20,000 attendees to being one of three mobile food vendors at Colorado State University. Our focus has been on customer service, 1-3 minute ticket times, and above all offering a superior product. Several large scale events include: • Invitation to vend at the Colorado Rockies Opening Day in Denver, CO • Invitation to vend at the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Fort Collins, CO • Invitation to vend at the Western Stock Show in Denver, CO • Invitation to vend at several concerts on the Colorado State University campus, Fort Collins, CO Menu Description • We source Colorado products with a strong focus on adventurous (all natural and nitrate free) sausages, Belgian fries, adventurous burgers, house sauces and sides as ' well as rotating vegetarian and gluten free options. We source locally in Fort Collins depending on availability and season. We have built great relationships with local ' butchers, farmers and ranchers to ensure we offer a consistent quality but always evolving menu to cater to our customers. ' Menu Prices ' • As we offer a superior product, we certainly understand making our menu value added. To ensure this occurs, we offer sides/drinks with meals and/or small "easy to hold while ' walking" food options. Prices range from $1.00-$8.00 for a meal combo. Menu Suitability 1 • We adapt regularly to our customers' needs/preferences while maintaining our menu integrity. We recently have begun smoking meats (approved through the Health ' Department) which has allowed us to incorporate incredible chicken and pork options. We offer vegetarian and gluten free options with as much, if not more, focus over meat options. Serving Ware • We try to reduce our waste whenever possible. To do so, we use compostable materials and/or easily compactable options. 3. Dates and Hours of Operation We are available to operate 5 days a week and based on business demands and/or transit schedules, would greatly appreciate the opportunity to be considered to operate for lunch 10:30am-2pm. We would be committed to adjusting the hours or operation to ensure the needs of our community are met. We are a self-contained food truck and can withstand adverse weather. We have come to be known by our customers as reliable even in the worst of the Colorado winter months. 4.
