Dear Mr. Wilder,
I am responding to Proposal #7632 Outdoor Concessionaires — Downtown Transit Center.
Introduction:
I am the Owner and Operator of the Seasonal Soups food truck which just opened in January
of this year. I sell soups, sandwiches, and salads that are all made from scratch and park my
truck every other weekend at the Loveland Outlet Mall, in addition to serving lunch at Western
Area Power Administration, the Motorplex at Centerra, and The Group Realty every other
week. Events that I have participated in are the Trans Martial Arts Fundraiser, Loveland Center
for Business Design Community Marketplace, and Children's Day at the Civic Center. I will also
be the sole food vendor during the Thursday night Foot Lagoon Concerts in Loveland during
the summer.

1. Appendix A — Photograph of food truck (actually, it's a mini -school bus that was used in
the Hoosiers 2 movie and then converted into a mobile kitchen).

Proposal will be evaluated based on the criteria found in Section IV.
Concessionaire should structure proposal in the same numerical order that the evaluation
criteria are listed and must include the following:
1. Years of experience
List the number of years operating an outdoor concession in Fort Collins or another city.
If experience is not in the City of Fort Collins, include proof of vending elsewhere and list a
contact name and phone number to verify. An example of documentation would be
copies of sales tax returns for individual years in another city.

2. Quality and Suitability of Product
Include a description and/or pictures of the products to be sold with estimated prices.
Quality comparisons, statements, pictures, menus and/or brochures are requested to
review the quality and suitability of the products.
Attach proposed menu and price list.
3. Quality/Appearance of Equipment
Concessionaires are required to own a mobile pushcart or food truck. Please check which
equipment applies to your concession:

The pushcart may not exceed the size of four (4) foot wide, ten (10) foot long and eight (8)
foot high, excluding roof overhangs and wheels. The mobile food truck may not exceed the
size of eleven (11) foot wide and thirty-five (35) foot long. Demonstrate the degree to which
City specifications and requirements are met Include pictures, dimensions, schematics,
and/or other data that will support and show the quality/appearance of equipment, including
pictures of the mobile food truck or pushcart.
The City reserves the right to inspect all equipment to make a determination.
4. Availability
Indicate the days and hours per week available to operate a concession at the Downtown
Transit Center. Attach schedule as necessary.

I am flexible with my hours but would prefer to work one day a week from either 10:00 am —
2:00 pm OR 2:00 pm — 5:30 pm on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Insurance Requirements:
My auto and General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 are held with Ft. Collins
Allstate -Jeff Greco. Copies of insurance coverage, naming The City of Ft. Collins as an
additional insured, will be provided to the City's Director of Purchasing prior to commencing
services. Currently I do not have employees, therefore, do not have Workers Compensation
and Employer's Liability but plan to do so if this changes.

affordable, local food on -the -go. I am a reliable, responsible, and well organized
entrepreneur who would be thrilled to be chosen as one of your concessionaires for the
