SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described
above, the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following
sections of this addendum:

EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1) The project timeline shows work starting in October 2014, but item 6 on page 12 of
the RFP document indicates that the respondent should be available the week of
October 7, 2013 for a possible interview. Please clarify the date for this possible
interview.
Answer: The October 7, 2013 date is incorrect. It should be June 23, 2014.
Item 6 on page 12 of the RFP document should read like this: “As part of
your proposal response under “Availability”, please indicate your availability
for on-site interview in Fort Collins, Colorado the week of June 23, 2014 in the
event you are invited for an oral interview round.”
2) Please advise us of other potential bidders who have registered with the City for this
assignment.
Answer: Go to www.fcgov.com/eprocurement , Open Bids, 7619 HUD
Consolidated Plan for City of Fort Collins. Go to the far right and click on List;
there you can view the list of companies who have downloaded the RFP.
3) Please advise us of any addenda, amendments or responses to questions from
other potential bidders.
Answer: This is Addendum 1 to respond to questions received prior to the
deadline for questions that was given in the RFP 7619 document. Go to
www.fcgov.com/eprocurement , click on 7619, then click Yes to acknowledge
the download of the bid. That will add you to the Bidders’ List so that you
receive notification of any further addenda.
4) I just discovered that our firm is registered with the City and did find the list of RFP
holders. However, I noticed that our firm is not on that list, probably because we
obtained the RFP through a service. Is it imperative that we are on that list and will
we receive any additional info if we are not?
Answer: See #3, above.
