Exhibit Design Associates (EDA) is pleased to present this response to your Invitation to Bid #7643 Display &
Exhibit Cases for the Museum of Discovery.
Exhibit Design Associates is the exclusive tradename of IJR Services, an S-type corporation registered in Colorado
(ID#20021314065, DUNS#781821702, CAGE Code 4GTD8, Federal TIN#72-1544266). Our firm has been in business of
planning, designing, fabricating and installing exhibits for more than twenty years.
We intend to complete the work for the Museum of Discovery in collaboration with our longtime partners, Witvoet &
Sons of Grand Rapids, MI. We have partnered with Witvoet for many years, and three examples of the casework we
have developed appear below. The examples we have provided include custom design, embedment of electronics,
artifact displays and all of the other attributes featured by the products you require.
Two bid schedules appear at the end of this document, following the work samples and references we have provided.

Saylorville Lake Visitor Center, Johnston, IA
This project was undertaken on behalf of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. It involved planning, design, fabrication and
installation of new exhibits for an existing visitor center. The highlights of the exhibition include cylindrical, internally -lit
aquaria with which visitors interact through a touchscreen.

Tiadaghton Forest Resource Management Center, Waterville, PA
This project was completed in July of 2012 on behalf of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural
Resources. Exhibits included a model train and custom cabinets crafted for a variety of purposes, including embedment
of electronics, mechanical interactive elements and an aquarium.

World of Molybdenum Gallery, National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum, Leadville, CO
EDA and Witvoet installed a new gallery for the mining museum in September 2012. The gallery features adaptations of
historic mining equipment, numerous artifact display cases and several embedded touchscreens. Both the museum's
Executive Director and Curator have left the organization since the project was completed. Please be advised that the

Highlights of the gallery include a disc of pure molybdenum (below, left) of nearly inestimable value and an ore cart
adapted for a display of minerals (right).
Cost Proposal
Please note that there is a line item in the drawing set for an additional kiosk that is not included in the two schedules
that were provided. The kiosk is listed @ 18x60x30/18. The additional price for that item without the birch plywood
option is $1382.37. The price with the birch plywood option is $1405.33. Schedules are on the following pages.
