Scope of Services: Repair landscape damage caused BY City of Fort Collins NRRC Overpass Project
on CSU's property on the west side of the project. Work Includes irrigation repairs,
tree replacements, shrub replacements, site grading and landscape rock.
Professional agrees to perform the services
identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions
contained herein and in the Professional Services
Agreement between the parties. In the event of a
conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the
Professional Services Agreement and this work
order (including the attached forms) the
Professional Services Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of five (6) pages
are hereby accepted and incorporated herein, by
this reference, and Notice to Proceed is hereby
given.

are looking at in terms of irrigation repairs, but for 3 trees 10 shrubs, edging

See attached redline plans from this morning's site meeting between City Engineering, CSU, and V&S Landscape at the
NRRC Overpass West Ramp Plaza.
The City will use V&S Landscape misc. contract to install the items identified on the two .pdf sheets for CSU. CEI will still
have dryland seed to install as part of their ramp change order.

You can submit your estimate for the work order to me and Dean Klingner (my supervisor). Once the estimate is
approved - you are good to go on the installation and bill City Engineering when the work is completed and accepted by
CSU/City.
I will be out of town from May 15 thru June 3 - any questions can be directed to Jeff Usher and Dean Klingner in my
absence. I will also respond to email if anything comes up that I can assist with from afar.
