I. Reason for change:
The reason for this contract Change includes modification to the contract value as a result of completion
of the irrigation system for a value less than the force account.

Pay Application 06, dated May 5, 2014, was submitted maximizing the irrigation force account item at
$20,000. This change order will deduct the difference between the actual work performed and the total
force account that was over -billed in Pay Application 06.
