Project Description and Scope of Services
Dear Emma,
Attached is the project scope and description:
Description
INTERMlGT CONSULTING GROUP
Interwest will work with your department and Engineering to prepare plan and grading to add sidewalks and a
formal crosswalk on Blue Spruce Drive near the Food Bank of Larimer County.
Scope of Services
Street and Sidewalk Plans — Interwest will prepare working exhibits and plans for the walks, curb and drive
improvements, street patching, and the crosswalk. This will include a grading plan and details for construction.
Estimated Fee: $6,500
Meetings — Interwest will meet with staff as necessary.
Estimated Fee: $1,000
Reimbursables— for prints, mileage, and deliveries, etc..
Estimated Fee: $200
Assumptions—
(. Interwest will have no subconsultants on this project. Environmental services, utility locating and
potholing, property acquisition, structural design, landscape architecture, and floodplain modeling will be
provided by others (as necessary).Geotechnical exploration and report (with pavement and earthwork
recommendations) will be provided by others. Electrical design, bus stop shelter design, and signage
design by others.
2. Drainage calculations, if required, will be prepared by the City.
3. Specifications and bid documents will not be required.
4. The project will be contained within the existing right of way. Legal descriptions (if required) will be
provided by others; property acquisition is the responsibility of the City.
5. Interwest will not provide CM or CA services. Construction Survey and record drawings will be by
others (City Survey).
