HealthStyles Exercise Equipment (HEE) will be directly involved in all
phases of the Fort Collins Senior Center project. This includes the following
initial room layout / design and revisions, product recommendations, "white
glove" delivery and installation, staff training, preventative maintenance,
warranty service and ensuring our customer satisfaction guarantee is
upheld.
Our goal is to provide fitness equipment packages that will motivate your
member base by being intuitive, comfortable, easy to use, safe, accessible,
aesthetically pleasing and deliver desired results to all regardless of
individual fitness levels. Through our 3 year full commercial warranty and
preventative maintenance program we will strive to provide you the lowest
total ownership cost over the life of the equipment.

locally owned in Colorado for over 20 years by
Dave and Jeanne Sheriff. With a Full Commercial
Division, 5 retail stores, a local warehouse and
complete in-house service and delivery team for
both Northern, Metro and Southern Colorado,
Healthstyles provides the best selection of
exercise equipment, the best service and the best
possible prices.

DELIVERY AND WARRANT1
Our in house Delivery and Service Department Team will handle the delivery and
installation of all equipment as well as all preventative maintenance and warranty
work required. Preventative maintenance will be included for the first three years as
per the agreement and this will consist of physical/visual inspection of all equipment
and lubrication and adjustments where necessary.
The cost per preventative maintenance visit is $220.00 per visit and covers all
equipment and frequency is 4 x per year.
Delivery is guaranteed to be installed before the week of April 15, 2014 or no later
than 2 months after the order. Based on submission time of order.
