SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described
above, the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following
sections of this addendum:

EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Clarification on Item C-1
Refer to bid specs and not images. Chair shall be small, wooden, with arms to
work at the café tables.
2. Should fabric be stain resistant?
Yes, provide a COM allowance of $45-50 per yard.
3. Are wheels required on all furniture?
a. No, glides are sufficient.
4. Clarification on Item T-4
These tables will be tight between chairs and column and must be less that 14”
round or square.
5. Will display cases at the west end of the gathering space remain?
Yes, those display cases will remain. The sink and counter top will be relocated.
6. Clarification on wood finishes
All finishes shall match the color of the laminate that will be used on the front
desk: Wilsonart: Cafelle 7933K-07

EXHIBIT 2 – ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
1. Add a small desk no wider than 36” that can be used as a check in point before
people get to the elevator / stairs.
a. Desk will be used with just a laptop that is attached to a card scanner.
b. Privacy Panel is not required.
c. Wood finish to match the tables.
d. Easy to move out of the way when not needed. (Glides are acceptable,
does not need to be wheels.)
2. Desk chair for staff that will be at the check in point.
