PLAZA AREA
Old Town Square Project Budget
The Stage Area is anticipated to have the most changes
with upgrades and modifications to the majority of the
features. For this reason we see the greater part of the
budget being allocated into this space.
The Plaza Area is the remainder of the project site.
Enhancements to these areas could reflect the detailing,
furnishings and finishes of the Stage Area while
incorporating elements that make OTS easier to maintain.

CM/GC Process
Project Delivery
OLD TOWN SQUARE V""
RENOVATION 15
MarO ]. 2014
We have the experience to assimilate the CM/GC process into a successful
integrated Project Delivery structure with over fifteen CM/GC projects totaling
over $25,000,000 with Poudre School District, Lorimer County, and GSA.
Advantages of the CM/GC Process
• Design/construction overlap reduces the overall schedule and accelerates
project start time
• Contractor assists with analyzing alternatives to save project costs
• High level of communication reduces level of required construction detail
• Flexible response to priorities improves cost efficiency, schedule, and quality
• Contractor input in the design process reduces risk and improves
constructability of project
Integrated Project Delivery with the CM/GC Partner
• Unites key design and construction members as equals
• Promotes early collaboration of design and construction team
• Design team, construction team and Owner develop project target criteria
• Provides collaborative and informed decision -making
The most significant key to the CM/GC and Integrated Project Delivery project
success is the open and meaningful communication between all members of the
team and the jurisdictions that oversee the design.
