Subject: WNV Requisitions
Good Morning,
There has been a lot going on with the WNV Management program this year. Some potential changes in funding could
be coming down the pipe but I think we need to get moving putting in the necessary requisitions so Jill can convert them
into the PO so we can pay for the base contracts as the bills start coming in. If Council decides to change funding
1
sources for this year we will make the necessary adjustments. I just don't want to hold up any payments to the
contractors because we are in flux about where the money should come from. So without further ado, the breakout is
as follows:
Colorado Mosquito Control:
- Natural Areas $131,492
-General Fund $66,193.50
-Utilities $4,663
-Community Opportunities Fund $4,200
Total contract cost of $206,548.50
will get the CSU testing information out as soon as I receive it.
Thanks,
Mike
