Assuming there are no significant damages to the remainders the review fee would be $1,800 each or $5,400. The turn-

Subject: Vine/Shields Intersection Project - CDOT Appraisal Reviews
Hi Greg,
We chatted about this project a while ago on the phone. The City is gearing up to do a project at Vine/Shields that will
be receiving federal funding. It a small project only requiring acquisitions from S owners. Only 3 of the properties will
involve large enough takes to need an appraisal. West Foster will be completing the appraisals on behalf of the
City. CDOT has requested I hire an approved Review Appraiser to complete the reviews on their behalf.

I've also attached an aerial design drawing, as well as, individual rough detail drawings for each property.
The City anticipates Notice of Interest letters to go out in late May/early June (relying on CDOT ROW plan approval of
course) so the appraisals could be completed upon delivery of the letters.
Could you provide me a time/cost proposal if you are available to take on the assignment of doing the review appraisals
on behalf of CDOP
