Bid Alternate Item #1 Poudre trail completion (open the public) date: March 15, 2014 including adjustments to traffic control duration, temporary construction fence placement/relocation. Since being given notice to proceed Walsh Construction has worked diligently to meet the goals of this project including working through poor weather and inefficient site conditions caused by weather. They have also work in cooperation with the City to resolve issues outside of their control reducing delays to the project.
