Re: Renewal of Agreement for Technology Services dated May 6, 2013
Please be advised this letter is to be considered your renewal notice for the referenced agreement.
Under the Renewal clause this agreement may be renewed by mutual consent of both parties.
The System Monitoring and Support Fee will remain at $2,175/month as there will no price
increase for 2014. Invoices will now be sent at the beginning of the annual contract period
payable within 30 days of receipt.;
Please acknowledge your intention to.renew this Agreement by signing below and/or by sending
a Renewal Agreement Extension at your earliest convenience but no later than May 6, 2014. If
you wish to have anew Agreement, let me know,and I will send one to you.
If you have any questions regarding this agreement please let me know.
