Will you send them to Green Sheen and Veolia? Is there anything else that I need to do as far as paperwork goes? Thanks, Errin From: Ed Bonnette Sent: Friday, February 28, 2014 2:54 PM To: Errin Henggeler Cc: Ed Bonnette Subject: RE: GreenSheen & Veolia Hi Errin, On Green Sheen; looks like last year Annetta put in a req for $5,000 for the June HHW event, then later on we did an addendum to add another $5,000 to cover the September event. So have Annetta (or whoever does this for you): Enter a req in JDE for Vendor #515554 Green Sheen, ship -to you used last year was #71 Water Utilities, buyer is #5 (me), and get it approved. Have her attach the proposal you sent me to the req. On Veolia: Annetta put that one in last year too, for $80,000. Later we did an addendum for $2,100 as we went over $80K in Sept event. Vendor #468473 Veolia ES Technical Solutions, ship -to you used last year was #71 Water Utilities, buyer is #5 (me), and get it approved. No need to attach anything to this for me; contract is already renewed for this one, for this year. That ought to take care of it. I'll look for those regs to pop up in my JDE in -box soon. See you on Monday; have a great weekend! Also please refresh my memory on how to set up the PO for Veolia? Thanks, Errin From: GreenSheen Info[mailto:infoOgreensheenoaint.com] Sent: Thursday, February 27, 2014 2:58 PM To: Errin Henggeler Subject: GreenSheen Errin, It's been a while but I have not forgotten. Attached is a revised proposal for this summers HHW events. The changes I made are as follows: * Under VI "An the past we did not want quarts because they were too hard to open and yielded too little material to make it worth while. I noticed last year the volume of quarts going into the trash can and have since developed a more efficient process for opening them. we would now like to take them. * Under "Pricing" -We have changed our method of charging from an estimated weight to actually weighing each tote and charging by the actual weight for each. This change should make relatively little difference to your end cost and in fact will likely reduce your cost very slightly. Please review these changes and let me know what you think. I really appreciate your business! We're looking forward to a great summer! Kevin Callahan, President GreenSheen greensheenpaint.com 303.514.3955
