Will survey data be required on the south and west side of the Sherwood Lateral? No – these are outside the scope of the project. 2. No bathroom or wet utilities will be required with this project, correct? (except irrigation lines) No wet utilities are required with this project. 3. Is it possible to get a copy of the existing soils report? Here is a link to the original bid and the soils report is found here http://citydocs.fcgov.com/?vid=10&cmd=search&scope=doctype&dt=BID&dn=Pur chasing&q=spring+creek+gardens 4. The project description included in the RFP for the Great Lawn says “Sound engineering and performance acoustics”. We understand the request for a noise impact study. Does this request include the design of a built-in sound system? The RFP refers to “sound engineering and performance acoustics” to ensure quality of sound for guests beyond what a noise impact study would entail. Balancing acoustics for performers and guests while minimizing impacts on neighbors is the goal. A built-in sound system is not required as we anticipate needing to rent equipment based upon the performance. 5. Does the existing bridge require updating within the scope of the project? No. The bridge has been approved for an APP project which we plan to implement as a part of the overall project. 6. Will the entire master plan graphic require updating to reflect all changes implemented since 2001? *(see RFP item A. 14. on page 7) Or does this only apply to the project work north of the ditch and parking lot? No. This project is to provide design/construction documents for the new gardens. 7. A 24x36” document size is requested for Final Design and Construction Documents. Would 22x34 be acceptable? The question is asked because a reduced size 11x17 set is exactly 50% of 22x34 and can be read in the field with a physical scale bar. A 24x36 reduction to 11x17 cannot. Yes.
