Complete all necessary auditorium finishes as per SO drawings dated 1/29/14 and as noted below. 2. Furnish and install eight Acoustical wall panels at various locations at perimeter of room. 3. Furnish and install base cabinets and countertops at both back corners of room. 4. Furnish and install suspended ceiling using Armstrong "Ultima Vector' #1920 Panels with 6" Axiom along with owner stock. 5. Furnish and install a 3-OX7-0 door and frame for the control room with lockset & closer. 6. Furnish and install 11 zones of lighting with controls and electric power distribution as per SD drawings dated 1/29/14. 7. Furnish and install a complete fire sprinkler system similar to the expansion areas with concealed heads. 8. Furnish and complete all metal stud framing and drywall with level 4 finish. 9. Furnish and install steel hand and guard rails as necessary at steps and ramps. 10. Furnish and install mechanical heat pump for control room along with duct and diffusers at ceiling areas with low air returns at the rear. 11. Furnish and complete plumbing necessary for auditorium and control room spaces. 12. Furnish and complete the additional insulation work associated with finished space. 13. Additional labor associated with finishing off this space. 14. Furnish and complete the painting of walls, ceilings and railings. 15. Furnish and install a 4-Ox4-0 window between control room and auditorium with slider and mirrored finish on the auditorium side. 16. Carpet is to furnished and installed by Owner. 17.
