Pinyon will initiate consultation with "officials with jurisdiction" including SHPO, ACHP, DOI, and FHWA regarding views on Section 4(f) properties and project impacts, project alternatives, minimization and mitigation measures, and circulation of 4(f) documentation. It is anticipated that four project meetings will be required. This will be conducted in close consultation with CDOT Environmental, including the Section 4(f) liaison in the Environmental Programs Branch. Interwest Labor Fee: $ 424 Pinyon Labor Fee: 3 340 Task Subtotal $3,764 Task 3 —Project Alternatives: Based on information provided by the Client, Pinyon will evaluate the design alternatives and help determine which of the alternatives would cause the least overall harm, including avoidance measures, to the Section 4(f) properties based on the seven factors set forth in 23 CFR 774.(c)(1). Documentation regarding the evaluation of project alternatives will be included in the Section 4(f) evaluation. Interwest will provide engineered drawing and analysis, and assist in various project descriptions, for inclusion in this discussion. This mitigation may include the standard Level II documentation or may take the form of other creative mitigation. Depending upon the mitigation format that is decided upon, additional fees may apply. Interwest will assist with review and coordination. Interwest Labor Fee: $ 424 Pinyon Labor Fee: 6 680 Task Subtotal $7,104 Task 6 — Section 4(1) Reporting.
