Seeding 5 99 Bryan Avenue Bridge Replacement 1010 PROJECT OVERVIEW • PHASING • Once contract is awarded, contractor should immediately order pre-cast structures and light standards to determine lead times and delivery dates and make shop drawing submittals. • Full road closure limited to 21 days for demolition of existing structure, setting of new pre-cast structure and re-opening road to one lane northbound into City Park. • Temporary paving with recycled asphalt to protect bridge deck during the winter. • Complete all outside edge improvements, sidewalks, walls, electrical, urban design etc… maintaining one lane of traffic. • Pave road with HMA 6 1111 PROJECT OVERVIEW • Coordination with other utilities – Gas, water, electric and City fiber optic will be relocated or abandoned prior to start of construction. – Contractor will need to coordinate with Century Link and Comcast to reroute services to Club Tico building. • Contractor responsible to acquire all appropriate permits and submit required documentation • Erosion Control • Dewatering Permit • CDOT Form 205 for each subcontractor • TCS Diaries, Payrolls etc… 1212 HIGHLIGHTS FROM GENERAL CONDITIONS AND GENERAL REQ’S: • PROJECT MEETINGS: • Once a week.
