Substantial completion shall be defined as the completion of all earthwork, pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, and any other pertinent items as required for this project. If the Contractor goes past the 90 calendar days for substantial completion, damages in the amount of One Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($1,400.00) for each calendar day will be assessed. o FINAL ACCEPTANCE: Final acceptance must be met within 14 calendar days of substantial completion. Liquidated damages in the amount of One Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($1,400.00) per calendar day will be charged if this schedule has not been met. 99 HIGHLIGHTS FROM GENERAL CONDITIONS AND GENERAL REQ’S: • Traffic Control: – Prospect Road will remain open to pedestrains, cyclists and two way traffic at all times. • Cyclists can merge with vehicular traffic. • A single sidewalk across the New Mercer Ditch needs to remain open at all times. • One thru lane in each direction needs to remain open at all times. 1010 HIGHLIGHTS FROM GENERAL CONDITIONS AND GENERAL REQ’S: • CONSTRUCTION HOURS: • Standard Hours of Operation • 7:00 A.M. thru 6:00 P.M. - Monday thru Friday. • Extended time requests must be made in writing. 1111 HIGHLIGHTS FROM GENERAL CONDITIONS AND GENERAL REQ’S:  PROJECT MEETINGS:  Once a week at City Office (281 N. College Ave.). Time to be determined. • PROGRESS AND SCHEDULE REVISIONS:  Schedules shall be updated weekly. The Contractor may be required to submit additional schedules depending on the progress of the project.  HAUL ROUTES:  Arterial and Collector streets only. Contractor will not be allowed to use residential streets to access the site with trucks hauling materials. 1212 HIGHLIGHTS FROM GENERAL CONDITIONS AND GENERAL REQ’S: • SITE CLEAN-UP: • The construction work shall be kept and accomplished in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. • Tracking pads and street sweeping will need to be used in order to minimize tracking and meet EPA storm water quality requirements. 1313 EROSION CONTROL - SWMP • Ground disturbance is under 1 Acre. A SWMP from the Colorado Dept of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is not required. • Control of jobsite sediment is still required by the City of Fort Collins Engineering Dept.
