RE: Old Town Parking Garage Canopy
Agenda
1. Project Description/Scope
a. 1,409 s.f., Steel Canopy
b. Existing Parking Equipment will be removed before construction begins.
c. 4 Piers to be Installed
d. 4 Columns to Support Canopy
e. Canopy to be tied and dried‐in to existing structure at the east and north ends of the
canopy.
2. Availability of Site
a. Would like to keep at least one lane open during construction. Any thoughts?
3. Project Time & Phasing Requirements
a. Project scheduled to begin ASAP and completed around the end of October, 2013.
4. LEED/Green Building Materials
a. Construction Waste Diversion Goal of 75%.
i. You will be expected to document your waste diversion using a City of Fort
Collins Tracking Form which will be provided.
5. Special Pricing Requirements

6. Use of Site During Construction
a. North lane, of west entrance, to be closed for staging. Portion of sidewalk to be used for
staging as well.
7. Protection of Existing Facilities
a. Any concrete, asphalt, or landscaping damaged will be repaired at contractor’s expense.
b. Protection of existing trees.
