College 1 LS $ 1,584.53 $ 1,584.53 Total Cost $ 74,673.60 :+REASON FOR,CHANGE 1. Concrete unit pricing adjustment justified by Lawson for 8 INCH concrete pavement work that was completed by hand pour methods. Also calculated into cost to fairly compensate for Class P pavement that was used in place of Fast Track Class E in the bid. 2. Lawson paving crew and machine was stopped at inlet blackouts where the inlet was being modified due to design bust. Crews had to return to these areas and pour concrete utilizing hand pour methods. Cost to compensate for loss of production due to blockouts. 3. The cost to drill and dowel panel replacements was not factored into the bid cost. Additional compensation for drilling and dowel placement only. 4. Due to unreasonable delays and rephasing of the project caused by Xcel Gas, the contractor was required to demobilize from work area between Hemlock and Hickory. The contractor experienced a significant loss of production due to the delay. Additional compensation based on an average production loss factor was calculated and applied to the area affected by the delay. 5. Additional concrete work needed to connect the sidewalk to the curb for a bus stop located at N. College Truck Sales just north of Vine Drive. WHEN t?OSTED Fay`Application#14
