WORK ORDER #7: 1
This Work Order is as provided in Professional Services Agreement dated May 1, 2013
by and between the City of Fort Collins, a Municipal Corporation hereinafter referred to
as the "City" and Excergy Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Excergy", this Work
Order for Professional Services is agreed to by these parties.
Description of Work
Excergy shall work with staff to document and develop procedures for AMI Reporting
Capabilities. The goal is to take full advantage of Elster AMI reporting capabilities to
provide improvements towards the distribution and network system viability, including
voltage monitoring, leak detection, AMI errors & flags, ouiage and restoration
monitoring.
Staff
Services will be provided by Principal Consultant Tom Gallegos. Other staff will be
assigned to support the project as necessary for successful project completion.
Cost Estimate
To accomplish the'tasks outlined above, we estimate about 200 hours at a budget of
$39,600 on a time and materials basis, and 4 trips at $5000 in travel expenses billed at
cost, for a total of $44,600.
