Letter of Agreement
Deb Westcott agrees to provide:
1. A 2 day workshop on Emotional and Social Intelligence on Tuesday,
October 15t and Monday, October 71h from 830- 4:30
2. All original materials to facilitate this workshop.
3. The Emotional and Social Intelligence. Assessment that each person will
receive in advance and take.
4. The assessments will be evaluated'and then debriefed in class.
S. If requested, individual debriefs will be available.
The City of Fort Collins agrees to provide:
1. CoachEQ's rate is $3000.00/day. Total investment is16000.00.` Invoice
will be sent upon completion of workshop.
2. Training Facility including use of Power Point, white board and flip
charts.
3. Notebooks that include copies of all original materials per participant.
