SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
Description of BID 7491: Block 32 CM/GC Improvements
OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) May 10, 2013
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described
above, the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed as follows:
Questions & Answers
1. Per page 20 of 41 (Item 17), it states that the fee proposals will only be required
from the short listed firms. Please confirm.
A. The FEE and other cost factors shall be provided with your proposals due
May 10th. The top three firms or possibly more if the City so chooses will be
invited for interviews which are attentively scheduled for June 4th.
2. On Page 18, Paragraph 6.E of the RFP for Block 32, there is a request for us to
provide an example of a project schedule that shows both the preconstruction
and construction phases for Phase One of the Block 32 project. However, Phase
One is just the two month long space planning and master planning
phase. Should this preliminary schedule be for Phase Two instead?
A. The preliminary schedule to be submitted should be for Phase I and Phase II.
