4. PROJECT SUMMARY AND SCHEDULE
This work shall consist of the removal and/or installation of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, crosspans, aprons, drive
approaches, inlets, concrete pavement, and pedestrian access ramps and placement of temporary asphalt patching
adjacent to new concrete on designated streets in the City of Fort Collins. Specific locations are described in Section
3500, Project Map.

5. CONTRACT CHANGES/UPDATES
202 Saw cutting – is incidental items designated as Remove and items in 604, 608 & 609; used for
incidental items, typically control joints
304 Aggregate Base Course – per Ton
601 Exposed Sand Finish – New line item paid by the SF; gives the surface appearance of older concrete
604 Standard inlet depth = 5.0 Ft – No additional depth or additional width line items
608/609 Contract specifies concrete shall be 48 hour high early – Standard mix designs will be submitted for
approval 48 hr, 24 hr, 12 hr.
608.46 Dump Fees – Only paid when concrete has existing wire/rebar (not accepted at Hoffman Mill Pit)
