Service Scope Change Request—PV Design
Nix Farm Natural Area Office Building

We've been asked to provide additional design services to incorporate photovoltaic arrays on
both the new Nix Farms Office Building and the existing. Maintenance Shop. With your
approval, the following scope will be added to BGCE's proposal contract (dated July 30, 2012):
1. PV Design
a. Provide string sizing calculations for PV arrays.
b. Provide inverter sizing and specification.
c. Provide single line diagram for PV arrays with c
distribution system. onnection into building power
d. Provide racking specification.
e. Site visit to Maintenance Building to verify existing conditions.
f Provide biddable drawings for both systems (requires complete
setup for Maintenance building) ly new drawing
9. Provide performance specifications for system installation.
h. Shop drawing review of systems..
The additional fee for this work will be billed hourly not to exceed S5,500.
Based on the current schedule it is anticipated that this work will be provided as an addendum to
the 7/8/13 permit set.
