PROPOSAL
TO: Eileen Scholl Re: Martinez Park shed

Thank you for the opportunity to bid this project: Below you will
find our labor and material scope.
Inclusions:
1. Excavate and haul off for concrete slab.
2. Pour new slab with thickened slab and 1 #4 rebar at perimeter.
3. Frame new walls using 2 x 4’s.
4. Frame new roof and sheath with 5/8 Osb
5. Install one 6’ X 6’ 8” double door with hardware. Doors and frame
to be Hollow metal.
6. Install Cottage lap siding on nexterior.
7. Install roofing to match existing.
8. Exterior trim.
9. Painting of exterior.
10.Permit.
Exclusions:
1. Painting of interior
2. Landscape repair
3. After hour work.
Excavate and pour concrete: $2,800.00
Doors, frame and hardware: $1,281.00
Framing, trim and paint material: $1,300.00
7% on subs and material: $377.00
Labor $1200.00
Estimated Permit fees: $250.00
Total price: $7,208.00
