Attached find three (3) sets of contract documents regarding the above -mentioned matter.
The bidder received the award through the normal RFP process.
A. Neenan's proposal offered the City 2500 SF more than the other firms submitting
proposals.
B. Funding — The project currently has $3,474,798 approved to spend in 2013. An
additional $2,172,735 will be added in 2014.
The Neenan contract is broken into three phases and each phase of the contract
will require the City to issue a notice to proceed before that phase of work can
begin.
Phase I, in the amount of $415,263 for project design and pre -construction
services, and Phase II, for construction services in the amount of 1 900 00, will
be spent in 2013.
Phase 3 in the amount of $2,068,439 for construction services will be spent in
2014.
C. The design is anticipated to be completed in October 2013 and look to break
ground in late October or early November 2013.
Cyril, would you approve as to form and forward to the City Manager.
Darin, would you please sign the contract documents and forward them to the City Clerk.
Wanda, please call Purchasing, Gerry will come over, sign and initial the contracts and have
you attest his signature. Thanks.
