Farnsworth Group, Inc. is delighted to provide the installation of right of way monuments and revise/file the Right of Way plans
for this project. The following scope of work and associated fees are to monument and file right orway plans previously
prepared for the improvements along North College Avenue.
Scope of Work:
TheProject is along North College Avenue from E. Vine Street to the property north of Hickory Street, also known as COOT
project NAQC M455-079. The project Is approximately 0.45 miles In length.
Famsworth will provide the monuments (up to 68 V aluminum caps and rebar) and will set them according to the locations
indicated on the ROW plans. And wil I make the necessary revisions to the plans and deposit them with Larimer County.
Survey Denverables:
• Final Right of Plans for COOT and City of Fort Collins
• Deposit plans with tarimer County
Estimated Fees:
Farnsworth Groupwill perform the above -noted Services on an hourly basis not to exceed, to be billed in accordance with our
current billing schedule for $13,500
