Base Option DATE 5/3/2013 *2 Lennox model SL280 furnaces and 2 Lennox model XC-16 air conditioners with matching indoor coils, 1 unit with 4 ton drive and 1 unit with 5 ton drive. Pricing includes removal and proper disposal of existing equipment, line sets, metal vent back to existing, minor gas and electric modifications at furnace locations for new equipment, 1" filter banks in return, 2 Lennox !COMFORT thermostats. These furnaces are 80% efficient with variable speed drives and the condensing units are 16 SEER rated. Also includes duct modifications to accommodate new equipment to existing supply and return, equipment start-up commissioning .. .. .................. .. PRICE FOR BASE $21,270.00 As discussed during the site visit on 4/24/2013 the following will be added to the base bid to achieve the owner's request. It was also discussed that both units will be 4 tons in sizing. In response to the Avery House Walk Thru Notes per Steve Strickland we acknowledge the following. The total for the additional items are $2,870.00 and include the following: *Item #2, demo water line and abandoned flue. *Item #3, add two humidifiers, one to each unit. *Item #4, Add new condensate pump and 3/8" copper drain to sink. *Item #5, add water alarms and wet switch to each unit. *Item #6, remove existing humidistat in dining room. *Item #7, both thermostats will be replaced as per proposal, with the lock plates removed. *Item #8, venting will be closed or dampened down as per request. The owner will instruct as which runs to close or dampen down. *Item #9, It is best not to mount the disconnects directly to the units, however we will work with the electrician's to provide proper mounting of the disconnects including setting small posts into the ground to mount the disconnects. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or devaiation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workman's Compensation. DATE 5/3/2013 *Item #15, Help coordinate combustion air piping on 2nd floor and the lineset penetration in the basement with owner before performing that scope of work. (Note that items #1, 10, 11 , 12, 13, 16, & 17, have been acknowledged and understood) There is a slight deduct on the equipment of $194.00, since both units will now be 4 ton units. Totals: Base bid of, $21 ,270.00 Deduct of, $194.00 (on equipment revision) New Base, $21,076.00 Additional Items, $2,870.00 (additional items from above) Estimated Permit Costs, $590.00 New Proposal Amount: $24,536.00 to complete all work of the proposal with the added items. Not Included: Plumbing, electric, fire protection, structural supports, painting, roofing, taxes, repairs to existing equipment, ducting modifications including additions or repairs except as listed above, upgrades to existing flue venting, items not listed above.
