Project Description myClimateVfise redevelopment consists of two (2) main objectives 11 to redesign and
build an electronic application that improves upon the current electronic requirement tracking program used by
Climate "rise partners to record their annual program progress and GHG reduction efforts and 2) create &
improve a customer management system to keep track of the dynamic and complex nature of a growing
program.
Scope of Services: Design, develop, build, test, and support the software application for myClimateVJise by
December 31.2013. Details contained on Exhibit C.
Professional agrees to perform the services
identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions
contained herein and in the Professional Services
Agreement between the parties. In the event of a
conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the
Professional Services Agreement and this work
order (including the attached forms) the
Professional Services Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of Exhibits B. and
C. consisting of ten (10) pages are hereby

Automatically Add as Meeting Option in REQ #S: $1,500
Any meeting added under "Manage Meetings/Programs" for a specific year should
automatically show up as a meeting option on REQ #5. (Shouldn't have to go into
"Manage Requirements" under REQ #5 and add all meetings in like we have to do
now.)
When a meeting is set-up it should always be added to REQ #5 automatically.
Automatically Add as Program Option in REQ #7: $1,500

The same should be true for programs. Any program added for a specific year should
automatically show up as a program option on REQ #7. (Shouldn't have to go into
Manage Requirements under REQ #7 and add all programs in like we have to do now.)
When you set up a new program it should always be added to REQ #7 automatically.
Minor Layout Changes to Meetings List View + Sorting Changes: $750
Meetings should be listed by date they occurred on the Manage Meetings overview, not
A-Z. The "Next Date" column under Manage Meetings overview is redundant. It
should justsay the date and it should be the first column. (See example on mycw-mtg-
wire-01. pd f )

The proposed system to be built using standard, current technology and implemented following industry
standards and best practices. Because we are building in a custom development environment, there is "no
limit" to the functionality that can be added in future phases (additional costs to be determined as new
scope develops).

On the front end, every requirement overview page has a Submission Date with Time
stamp - we want this field added to each requirement in the submissions tab Qocate
directly under the heading for the component needs to be approved.
Display date on all submissions tabs (do not need to be able to edit the field).
Change List Order on Pending Submissions Screen [r6]: $150
All partners should be listed according to the oldest submission first.
Change to "first in - first out" instead of alpha.
"Email Out" Enhancement [r7]: $350
Any email sent out of myCW should open a Microsoft Outlook email "new message".
Use a mailto: link on the "Approved (Send Email)" and "Denied (Send Email)" instead of the currently
built-in auto emailer. Will help team to better manage emails. Also, remove the email text field
"Comment" (since it will no longer be used).
Search "Saved but not Submitted" Projects [r8]: $350
Need to be able to search saved but not submitted projects.
Add "Saved but not Submitted" option to the filter drop -down menu on the List Partners CP page.

The meetings requirement only: Once the requirement is approved, partners can still
add meetings they've attended (but not to edit the previously approved meetings) and
have them automatically approved.
Once REQ #5 has been met.... how can MCW approve the REQ but still encourage
people to go to meetings (but understand that they are approved).

management for Friendly Code -Word (these Friendly Code categories to be hard coded in the database
