Your interview will occur on March 15, 2013 at 11:45 AM in the Community Room located at 215 N Mason Street in Fort Collins. For the interview, you will have 15 minutes for a formal presentation in response to the requirements of the Request for Proposal and then there will be a question and answer period of 45 minutes. We have made the following revision to the Scope of Work for the project. Within your 15 minute presentation, briefly describe for us any affect the following will have on your proposal to us: The City's public relations staff will conduct a significant amount of the public outreach and involvement work for the Waste Reduction & Recycling Master Plan. We are asking consultants to participate in select public meetings and we also request that the consultants work closely with the City in designing other inter- active ways to get people involved. For instance, in addition to several Public Open Houses, our staff intends to apply a variety of social media tools to solicit input on the Master Plan. While the consultants' experience and opinions about these techniques will provide important guidance for the City, consultants who included extensive public involvement tasks in their proposal may wish to consider reducing the amount of resources that were identified for this part of the project.
