The 2013 Services Agreement signed for Bike Fort Collins by Jeff Morrell on April 4 for Fort Collins Bike Library Operations appeared via interoffice mail today; not sure where this
has been but the good news is it’s now on deck.
I noticed it did not have a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the City as an additional insured with it. We do however have one from the 2013 Safe Routes to School Program
contract. But here’s the problem:
That Cert says the insured is “Friends of the Fort Collins Bicycle Program” while the Services Agreements for both SR2S and the Fort Collins Bike Library Operations are made out to
Bike Fort Collins. These need to match.
So I need you to do one of two things:
1) Get me corrected Certificates of Liability Insurance naming the City as an additional insured on it for both contracts, showing the insured as “Bike Fort Collins”, or
2) Send me a statement on letterhead that says “Friends of the Fort Collins Bicycle Program” is the same thing as “Bike Fort Collins”.
Can you please get either of these emailed to me at

complete processing of your contract and get copies sent to you.
