RE: Letter of Agreement - 7471 Underwriting. Services for 2013 TAX Increment
Revenue Bonds
Dear Mr. Moellenberg:
As you were notified, the City has selected your firm to complete the 2013 underwriting
service for the 2013 Tax Increment Revenue Bonds. This letter shall serve as written
evidence of the agreement between the City and RBC Capital Markets for these
underwriting services.
As noted in the Request for Proposal, RBC may be used for additional refinancing, at
the sole option of the City, for a period of up to five years. This shall not preclude the
City from doing negotiated sales or direct placement with others where that is deemed
beneficial to the City.
If you are in agreement with the afore mentioned, please sign this letter in the space
provided return a copy of this letter for our records.
