Thank you for your proposal for the above captioned project. Your firm is one of four that we have selected to
interview.
Interviews will be conducted on January 14, 2013 in Conference Room 2A at 215 N Mason Street, Fort Collins. There
are three timeslots available: 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. These times will be assigned on a first response
basis, so please advise of your preference ASAP.
The interview format is as follows:
Vendor presentation - 10 minutes
Questions & Answers —45 minutes
