1. Reason for change:
Additional consulting for Reservoir Ridge Natural Area improvements.
2. Description of Change: Interwest to provide as built plans of the parking lot and trail head at Reservoir
Ridge Natural Area. Scope to include preparation of the legal description of the
ditch crossing as required by the ditch company. See attached Add Service #2,
dated March 18, 2013.

Description
Interwest and King Surveyors will provide engineering.and surveying services necessary to create plans for
constriction .and permitting for the proposed access and parking lot off of Overland Trail and two pedestrian
crossings along the proposed trail alignment at Reservoir Ridge Natural Area.
The project required additional coordination throughout the County submittal process that was not accounted for
in the original scope. Interwest also assisted with quantity calculations and the drafting of a landscape plan that
was required by the County. This additional service will alsocover any construction administration services
necessary for the remainder of the project.
Interwest and King Surveyors will provide as built plans of the parking lot and trail head at Reservoir Ridge
Natural Area.
Scone of Services
Surveying - Topographic survey - King Surveyors will provide the topographic survey required for the design
of the proposed parking lot and trail head and the two pedestrian bridge crossing locations. King will also prepare .
a legal description of the ditch crossing as required by the ditch company.
Surveying As Built survey — King Surveyors will provide an. as built survey of the entrance drive off of .
Overland Trail and the parking lot area at Reservoir Ridge Natural Area.
Estimated Fee: $4,100—Add#2: $850 .
Final Grading Plans and Site Plans— The final construction.plans for the project will include:
• Cover Sheet
• Grading plan with sufficient spot grades to facilitate construction
• Drainage and Erosion Control Plan
• Possible pedestrian crossing -across Overland Trail to Headwater Drive

Pedestrian Bridge plan,:profile and grading — Interwest will prepare, plan,. profile, and associated grading for
the two proposed pedestrian bridge crossings as well as coordination the plans with the Structural design.
Estimated Fee. $2,400.
Final Drainage Report 4 prepare a drainage report with calculations to show how the new parking lot and access
drive works with the existing drainage patterns. If necessary, Interwest will design a small detention pond to
mitigate the increased impervious area associated with the new parking lot.
Estimated Fee: $2,200
j County & Ditch Processing —attend meetings with the County as required and assistance with the ditch crossing
agreement. .

j Stormwater Management Plan --create a SWMP and template of the permits required by the State for the
construction.

Construction Administration - assist the project manager with any civil related questions throughout the
construction process.

Record Drawing — Interwest will compile the as built survey from King into a record drawing set that conveys
the as built grades of the parking lot and storm sewer, displays the limits of concrete and recycled asphalt
material, and displays the fence alignment.
