DESCRIPTION: Assigning agreement named "Phase Three: New Construction"
and dated May 22, 2012 (the agreement) to separate contractors.
Reason for change: The original agreement was with Colorado Systems Group.
They merged with BW Systems and the new company is now BW Systems. The
original intent for the assignment was to assign the agreement to one contractor
for the following projects: the MAX Project, South Transit Center and Transfort
Maintenance Facility. CDOT did not allow the City to have one contractor for all
of the projects.
