In order to align Phase I & 2 Maintenance with Phase 3 Maintenance (MAX System) which is anticipated to begin in January 2014, BW Systems has kindly allowed us to prorate Phase 1 & 2 Maintenance for the remainder of 2013 (9 onths) at the agreed upon annual rate. 6 306 Please let me know if you have any questions that I can answer. Re: Pro -Rated Maintenance Agreement for Maintenance Building, CSU Transit center, and Downtown Transit Center - Converted System The originally awarded contract included an annual price of $8,400 ($700/month) for the maintenance of the existing system after the conversion. This amount includes all labor and materials to maintain the system. Exclusions to the service coverage are included in the Phase 1 & 2 Facility Video Security System contract currently in place. The system conversion will be completed by April 1", 2013. BW Systems is offering a prorated price of jqjN to provide maintenance coverage from March 18, 2013 to December 31, 2013 (9 months). BW Systems, as a valued partner with the City of Fort Collins, is providing maintenance coverage for the remaining days of March 2013 at no additional cost.
