Re: Pro -Rated Maintenance Agreement for Maintenance Building, CSU Transit center, and
Downtown Transit Center - Converted System
The originally awarded contract included an annual price of $8,400 ($700/month) for the maintenance
of the existing system after the conversion. This amount includes all labor and materials to maintain
the system. Exclusions to the service coverage are included in the Phase 1 & 2 Facility Video
Security System contract currently in place.
The system conversion will be completed by April 1", 2013. BW Systems is offering a prorated price
of jqjN to provide maintenance coverage from March 18, 2013 to December 31, 2013 (9 months).
BW Systems, as a valued partner with the City of Fort Collins, is providing maintenance coverage for
the remaining days of March 2013 at no additional cost.
Please contact me with any additional questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Jeffrey A. Brown
