The original work order from 201I specifically excluded structural design as it was planned to be done by other consultants. Description Interwest and its consultant team will provide final construction plans and box culvert plans for the Trilby Pedestrian Underpass. Modifications are still proposed to the project layout which will be incorporated into these final documents. Scope of Services Topographic and Utility Survey - King Surveyors will continue to be available for minor surveying services as may be required to complete the design phase of the project. Estimated Fee: S1,000 Easements — King Surveyors will provide trail and temporary construction easements as needed for the project for a fee of $400 per easement. At this time, we anticipated 5 easements for the project. Estimated Fee: S2,000 Trail Plan and Profile — Intenvest will finalize the plan and profile drawings for construction as well as working profile drawings requested by the City for all utility relocations. Estimated Fee: S6,000 Box Culvert Structural Engineering — San.Engineering will prepare constructions plans and details required for the box culvert. Son ivill• also provide services during construction such as responses to RFIs, slurp drawing rea .eivs, up to four structural inspections throughout construction, and as -built drawings. Estimated Fee: S26,300 Utility Potholes — At this time, it is assumed that potholes will not be necessary as existing utilities are being moved out of the construction area. Estimated Fce: $0 Floodplain process assistance — Interwest will assist the City with the Floodplain Use Permit required for the project. It is our understanding that the area will not need HEC modeling, but an analysis of the cut and fill proposed below the Fossil Creek "pool' elevation will be required. Additionally, the Work will be in the erosion buffer and we will Work to determine a way to keep the crossing higher than some minor flood event. Estimated Fee: $3,500 1218 W. ASH, STE. No changes to the through lanes or grade of Trilby Road are included. 2. Pedestrian bridge design will be by others. 3. Specifications, quantities, and contract documents provided by others. 4. Environmental and geotechnical engineering provided by others. 5. No construction or as built surveying is included. Schedule Interwest continue work on the project. Depending on the cooperation of the affected utility companies and design changes, the project can be completed prior to April 30, 2013.
