Project Description: Aboveground Storage Tank Inspections at Multiple Facilities (See Attached List)
Scope of Services: The cost for the formal inspection is $850.00 per tank. This will include ultrasonic
thickness readings on each tank. Ultrasonic thickness readings are not required on double -walled tanks
so any double -walled tanks will be $650.00. Tightness testing is not included in this estimate as it is not
required. The inspection will be performed by a certified inspector and will meet or exceed the Steel Tank
Institute SP001 inspection requirements. Inspections will identify and estimate costs to correct any tank
deficiencies which are necessary to maintain substantive compliance with applicable regulations
Professional agrees to perform the services
identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions
contained herein and in the Professional Services
Agreement between the parties. In the event of a
conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the
Professional Services Agreement and this work
order (including the attached forms) the
Professional Services Agreement shall control.
