Cheryl-
I truly appreciate your email and kind words. I totally understand as it never really turned out to make financial sense.
So, give me some details?
Are we just stopping or Are we training people?
Do you want to keep the Silver Canyon equipment? You would have to keep ordering Silver Canyon?
When are you thinking March 1st? Sooner or later?
We need to get the Mugs Square count removed from the iPad.
We need to tell vendors like Cold Stone.
What do you want to do with inventory? Are you closing it permanently or is someone else taking over?
I guess just fill me in please.
Please let me know as well when I can pick up check for January. Once we decide details I can figure out a cut off date and what that all looks like.
I guess, let me know more details and I can put together an exit strategy. The sooner the better as I have employees already scheduled out.

I had a chance to talk at length this morning with our leadership team here at the Museum. While we talked about the options you have presented, including the honor café, we feel
that it is in our best interest to terminate the agreement without cause. I know that you also have been taking on some of the financial burdens with your business as well. I would
like to negotiate with you a reasonable timeline for an end date of the existing contract and to resolve any other issues. David Carey, with the City’s Purchasing department, will
be sending you formal notification once we have negotiated the end date.
I do want you to know that everyone here at the museum has enjoyed your enthusiastic approach to this business venture and the termination of this contract in no way reflects your
commitment to the possible success for the museum café. I would like to explore the possibility of still selling the Museum blend beans in our museum store and future catering opportunities
for our venue, if you think that would be reasonable.
