terms and conditions contained herein and in the
Professional Services Agreement between the parties.
In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in the
terms of the Professional Services Agreement and this
work order (including the attached forms) the
Professional Services Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of one (1) pages are
hereby accepted and incorporated herein, by this
reference, and Notice to Proceed is hereby given.

Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering Design and Construction Services
I. Attend design and construction meetings as required
2. Inspect electrical and instrumentation installation during its construction
3. Review shop drawings and other submittals
4. Review and comment on RFIs or other construction questions
5. Develop Record Drawings
6. Review O&M Manuals
7. Develop Startup Plan and assist with startup activities
8. Develop a punch list
