That is the depth of the closest well that is productive in this area. The estimate also includes costs for installing the casing and completing as a production well in the event we find adequate supply of water at this location, but you are not obligated to do that part, it will save you some money if you choose to as you would spend this money now and just have to come back later and do it over again.
