SCOPE OF WORK & BID SCHEDULE
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Remove all wood including fencing, posts and wood sheds, as designated by City
Representative.
2. Contractor must make sure that all nails and metal are recycled and not left on the
ground.
3. Contractor to dispose of all removed material and must recycle when possible.
4. Contractor must have all work completed by March 1, 2013 to avoid wildlife conflicts.
5. Contractor must work as directed by City representative regarding the removal of fencing
due to horse grazing in adjacent property.
Contractor must remove all fencing, poles and wood sheds by March 1, 2013.

SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS
Prices quoted must remain firm for a 30 day period after the opening date.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes.
