Description of Goods: Install a monitoring well to investigate the extent of a
hydraulic fluid release from an underground lift. This also includes lab testing and
hazardous waste disposal
Obtained estimate from: I used the invoice from a similar investigation at 835
Wood Street in 2009. The installation for this well is more complex, because it requires
coring through the concrete floor, is a lot deeper, and includes hazardous waste disposal.
Based on this invoice this investigation and installation should be $8,000- $9,000 dollars.
Price Analysis:
The quote from CGRS is 9,923.40
This price seems to fair and reasonable as compared to the I.C.E..
