Additional Sleeves were required for the Irrigation system. See attached for detailed cost break down of additional costa.

A force account Item to pay (or Installation of 2.3 acres of hydromulch at $1365/acre and the remainder for erosion control
supervlsoraite checks and BMP maintenance.

Xcel had a gas line that required lowering. Xcel did not have equipment available to dig the new trench. City directed
Connell to dig the trench for Xcel.

Century Link had a phone line at Maple HIE that needed to be lowered and was not able to do so In a timely manner. City
directed Connell to assist with the lowering.

Additional shaping and landscape rock was requred to tie the old Tumberry Road driveway approaches to the new lower
roadway grade
6
Additional shaping and tree removal was required to tie the new roadway to the property line at STA 23+00.
