Product to be NP-2 urethane sealants at the vertical joints. At areas where existing sealant needs to be removed we have included In the pricing a price to cut out the existing sealant and clean the edges of the brick prior to the application of the new sealant. We have included a light grind of the concrete prior to the application of the sealant. Colors to be selected from manufacturer's standard color chart - custom colors are excluded. AAA Waterproofing Inc. has included labor time for minor preparation work at all areas to be waterproofed. AAA Waterproofing Inc. will not be responsible for concrete repair, removal of drywall mud, stucco, oils, grease and other trades trash and materials, etc at areas to receive waterproofing membranes. If AAA Waterproofing Inc. is requested to perform concrete preparation work it will be a charge of $40.00 a Man Hour. 2. AAA Waterproofing Inc. to have full and sole access to areas receiving sealant systems. Parking areas are to be barricaded and blocked off by others during the course of application. 3.
